CLIENT APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Twenty four hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a fee that is equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
No person will be denied admission based on race, religion or appearance.
Arrive only 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please alert me via text or call if you are running late! Anyone arriving after their scheduled time will have to have their session shortened to accommodate social distancing and disinfecting for the next client.
Our therapist greatly appreciate tips and gratuities. Please note these are not included in our services and can only be accepted through Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Cash.
The day of your appointment, you will not be permitted to bring anyone with you unless you are a minor (under age of 18), foreign language speaker needing an interpreter, disabled, or elderly needing caregiver’s assistance.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately.
Drinks or food are not permitted.
